In the interest of keeping our members engaged and to help feel a sense of ownership and pride, our official members individually volunteer to facilitate the meeting and make arrangements for each monthly meeting. This allows for fresh scenery and a greater opportunity for a larger sector of participation based on one's proximity to a given monthly meeting locale. Our meetings rotate between the third Wednesday & third Saturday of a given month. Meeting details are often posted 2-4 weeks ahead of time and are posted to both our public and private Facebook pages. At least 2 executive member will attend each meeting to keep the group up to date with the ongoings of The MBMC.
